Eligible Applicants

申请人必须符合以下资格要求: 

• 在总建筑面积小于15的商业地产中经营的营利性和非营利性小型企业,位于亚特兰大市的1000平方英尺有资格申请
• 小型企业租赁其商业空间的租期至少还剩1年，并且需要业主的批准.
• 申请人必须出示当前的亚特兰大市营业执照.
• 符合面积要求的空置商业物业业主亦可申请.  请在提交申请前与项目经理联系, 作为空置物业，如果工作范围将使其处于可出租状态，则可能符合资格.

• 总建筑面积小于15的多租户商业建筑中的小型企业,000 square feet are eligible.

• 获奖者必须提供至少相当于奖助金10%的匹配金额.
• 位于城市非投资区的小企业将得到优先考虑. Check if your property is in a Disinvested Area.
• Ineligible Applicants include:
  • ​Properties constructed in the last 10 years are not eligible.
  • Properties with national credit tenants (i.e., national chain businesses) are not eligible.

  • Properties not zoned for commercial use are not eligible
  • 作为包装商店或以成人娱乐为目的经营的物业, including gambling, are not eligible.

Eligible Uses

• Eligible exterior improvements include:
  • Painting
  • Lighting
  • Windows, doors, framing, etc.
  • Signage, canopies, awnings, etc.
  • Gates, fencing, landscaping, etc.

  • 地面的表面升级:瓷砖、沥青重铺等.
• Eligible interior improvements include:
  • Flooring, walls and ceiling upgrades

• Certain soft costs, 如建筑及规划服务符合资格，但不得超过资助金额的10%.
• Operations, inventory, and other soft costs are not eligible expenses.

Application Submission

Grant Funding

获批准的补助金须遵守已签署的补助金协议的条款和条件.  拨款款项不得用于在申请获批及签署拨款协议前完成的改善工程.  赠款收益将在报销的基础上支付，或在受让人提交发票并经e世博esball公司核实后直接用于支付项目供应商. 申请赠款资金的次数不得超过每30天一次，并须遵守赠款协议中规定的条款和条件.
